The construction area of the JSL Open Innovation Center is 1,600 square meters, and the demonstration area exceeds 900 square meters. Focusing on the fine processing and further processing of red meat, poultry, aquatic products, plant-based protein and other foods, the JSL Open Innovation Center will not only display quick-freezing machines, peeling machines, but also marinating equipment for making cooked food products, pretreatment, molding, and coating And other equipment, rich in categories. By simulating real food processing, training, demonstrations, innovation workshops and other activities, the center can provide customers and employees with hands-on experience including hardware facilities and software. At the same time, the center is also equipped with VR and remote explanation facilities, aiming to overcome the limitations of region, time and on-site display of some businesses, and fully bring customers a timely, comprehensive and immersive service experience. In addition, in addition to on-site demonstration and testing of JSL’s equipment and solutions, the center will also assist customers in product development, provide seminars and training for customers, and serve global food companies, partners and government agencies in many ways.
